Ghee Whole Eggs : 2 Egg whites: 3 Onion : few chunks Whole wheat Bread: 2 slice Tomato Catch Up (optional) : try to avoid if possible else you need to add carbs with 10-20 gms. Add salt and pepper as per your taste(minimal)
Take Two whole eggs and three egg whites in a bowl. stir it well. add onion/tomato few chunks add salt and pepper as per your taste. Mix it well. Now take a pan put ghee half teaspoon once hot put the eggs misture into, change side after few seconds and prepare it well. To have the fluffiness put the lid on to your Pan. Your Break Omelette is ready. Cheers!!!
