wash througly mung and udid Dal and soak it for - hours .
drain water fully , grind it with green chilli, garlic, and make thin paste of it .
mix it add eno a pinch and stir it well , add salt as per need .
take aape patra, greese with drop of oil and heat it
and slowly with the Spoon add batter and let it cook
then turn it to other side and let it cook.
other side boil some water add Hing/asafoetida it
add vada to hing water and soak it for min
Squeeze it and serv in plate with curd and add chilli powder Cumin powder coriander as per our need serv it
