Oats zucchini egg chilla

Instant oats -30 g

Zucchini-100 g

Green veggies/ corriander leaves / spring onion etc -veggies of your choice

Eggs -2

Oil/ ghee-2 gms

Salt and spices/all purpose seasoning/black pepper powder

Method

Step 1

Clean and chop zucchini or grate it with its peel Add salt and keep aside

Step 2

Beat eggs till fluffy

Step 3

Mix oats + zucchini with eggs , beat nicely

Step 4

You can add other veggies of your choice

Step 5

Brush oil/ ghee on nonstick pan and spread this mixture Sprinkle spices of your choice

Step 6

Cover with lid and cook till mixture binds Remove lid and flip Cook the other side without covering with lid Done ✅
