Skimmed milk : 100ml

Stevia : optional : only if you feel like having more sweeter taste

Oats: 20gms

Powdered chia seeds :1gm

Step 1

Add Oats,milk&whey protein to your juicer jar/mixer Blend it to coarse /smooth as per your choice Pour it in to glass Garnish with powdered chia seeds Enjoy it as breakfast or snack time intake
