Oats- 180 gms

Whey protein- 2 scoops (each containing 26gms of protein)

Jaggery - 56gms

Skim milk- 160ml

Olive oil- 15ml

Walnut- 20gms

Almond- 15gms

Baking powder- 1 tsp

Baking soda- 1/2 tsp

Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp(optional, for flavour)

Method

Step 1

Grind the oats to make a fine powder . Mix dry ingredients together - oats , whey protein powder, jaggery, baking powder, baking soda. . Once it mixed, add milk, olive oil, vanilla essence to make the batter. . Add walnut. . Per heat the microwave. . Grease the pan with a small amount oil/ghee, pour the batter and almond for garnishing. . Bake for mins.
