Oats - 25gms

Milk - 75ml

Whey - 1scoop

Mango Ripe - 20gms

Raisins - 10gms

Method

Step 1

Take oats and milk in a cup. Put it aside for half an hour.

Step 2

Heat the mixture in the microwave for -secs.

Step 3

Add a scoop of whey. Mix it well.

Step 4

Add mango pieces and some raisins. Enjoy!
