Baby Spinach - 50gm
Egg - 1 whole
Banana - 100 gm
Put all ingriedients into blender and make normal pancake like batter.
You can add in about a tbsp of water if it gets difficult to blend.
Heat up a non stick pan and pour with a laddle. Let it cook on one side for a while until brown then flip on the other side and cook for a while more. Butter not needed.
