oats 35gm soya chunks (grounded) 20gm egg white 2 whole egg 1 onion 1 coriander leaves salt pepper powder 1tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp coconut oil 5ml
step : grind desired quantity of oats and soya chunks
step : add chopped onion and cilantro
step : add egg whites and whole egg to the grinded mixture
step : add salt and spice to the mixture if the batter comes very thick can add little water to it
step : spread the batter in a dosa tawa greased with coconut oil. cook both sides... tasty and filling oats soya omlette is ready
