Ingredients

Oats 40 gm Any milk 150ml Strawberry 30gm Frozen mango 30gm Frozen pineapple 30gm Almonds 10gm Cia seeds 2 gm Cranberry 8 gm

Method

Step 1

Add oats and milk and keep overnight or - hours in fridge for the creamy texture

Step 2

Grind oats and milk with frozen fruits and top up with chia seeds, almonds, strawberry and cranberry. Fruits add sweetness. If you want more add sugarfree.
