Rolled Oats:20gms

Milk : 100ml

Greek yoghurt /yoghurt : 1-2 tsp

Sweetner : stevia : as per your taste /within macros

Watermelon : 100gms

Chia seeds :2gms

Method

Step 1

STEPS: . Milk oats,milk,stevia very full so that oats can soak milk nicely . Add a spoon of yoghurt (you can mix or just leave it on top) . Keep it in fridge overnight . In the morning take out .Add watermelon /Fruits of ur choice (Fresh cut) as toppings and enjoy
