Dry roast the oats for around - minutes till they turn light brown.
Cool it down and then grind in a mixer along with the jaggery
Now cut the almonds and cashews in small pieces. You can also grind them in mixer but dont make it in a powder form.
In a plate, mix the oats & jaggery mixture, all nuts and gm (of gm) ghee. Add little water or milk according to your preference ( have not included milk calories in the recipe, count that in case you use milk)
Now apply ghee in both hands and start shaping the mixture in small laddoos
