Hung Curd 60 g

Dates 18 g, soaked in water for few hours

Oats 15 g, roasted

Saffron few strands (optional)

Almonds 1, slivered

Method

Step 1

Grind together oats and dates in a mixer.

Step 2

Add this mix to hung curd.

Step 3

Garnish with almond and saffron and refrigerate overnight or - hours.

Step 4

Serve chilled.
