Oats 40gms oil 5gms onion 1 small chopped chili 3 chopped carrots 100gms cut into dice peas 50gms tomato 1/2 chopped cumin 1/2tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp salt as per taste turmeric powder 1/4tsp coriander leave few
) add oil in pot once hot add cumin and mustard seeds saute min ) add chopped onion , chili and turmeric powder saute mins ) add veggies and salt ,cook until % ) now add oats and cups (ml) water and cook until thickens ) last add coriander leave and serve .
