Ingredients

Oats Flour 10 gm

sprouted green moong 45 gm

Besan 10 gm

cabbage, carrots, onion finely chopped - 50gm

oil - 2gm

Curd - 50gm

Method

Step 1

grind the sprouts in a mixer.

Step 2

add oats Flour, besan, veggies to it and salt to taste

Step 3

heat nonstick frying pan and brush some oil

Step 4

spread the mixture and cook for - minutes till the brownish colour appears

Step 5

take in plate, eat with curd, ketchup
