Method

Step 1

Soak oats for mins for better blend.

Step 2

Slice banana into small pieces.

Step 3

After mins in soaked oats add banana slices, dates pieces and milk.

Step 4

Now blend all ingredients for min. Your smoothie is now ready . Enjoy.
