30g oats
1 whole egg
5g butter
1 medium banana
pinch of baking powder
3 tsp stevia
Add oats, egg, banana, stevia, and a pinch of baking powder in a blender and blend it. Add a little water if needed. Take a Pan/Tawa brush the butter. Pour the mixture on the Pan spread it with the help of a spoon. Cook for about a minute and a half on both sides. Tada your pancake is ready. You can make - pancakes out of this. p.s. I used half a banana as a topping.
