Milk: 200 ml
Flaxseed powder: 5 gm
Sweet potato boiled, mashed: 150 gm
Oats flour: 100 gm
Olive oil: 10 ml
Vanilla essence or cardamom powder: 5 gm
In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients till smooth and thick.
Then, add milk slowly according to the requirement and its consistency.
Then, grease the non-stick pan. Put a spoonful of batter, and spread and cook till brown.
Serve with fruits of choice.
