Moong dal whole: 40 gm
Oats: 80 gm
Tomatoes: 1 or 80 gm
Onion: 1 or 70 gm
Capsicum: 1/2 or 30 gm
Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Green chilli: 2
Water: As needed
Salt, hing: To taste
Ghee for roasting: 10 gm
Soak moong dal overnight; next day drain water and tie up moong dal into a muslin cloth and leave it overnight to get sprouts.
Chop tomato, onion, capsicum, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
Grind sprouted moong and oats in a mixer-grinder and take it out in a bowl.
In grounded paste add coriander leaves, green chillies, salt to taste, a pinch of hing.
Give the mixture a good mix and spread ladle full of mixture on hot tawa and roast it on both sides drizzling ghee as required.
In vertical put veggies in cheela and serve hot.
