Ingredients

2 whole eggs

Ghee 5gm

30gm rolled oats

Peas 20gm

20gm tomatoes

20gm onion

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper

Step 2

In a pan add gm ghee and fry the onion, tomato, and eggs together

Step 3

One cooked well, add the oats and cook in low flame

Step 4

Add water, adjust salt, pepper and add little lime juice

Step 5

Once cooked well, serve and add the remaining ghee on top of it.
