Toppings Strawberries - 105gm Banana - 60gm Peanut butter - 15gm Skyr Yogurt - 60gm
Cook oats on a stove top with milk/water, I use the ratio :. ( cup oats : .cup liquid). MAKE SURE YOU DON'T BOIL IT!!!! It has to cook on a low - medium heat, once the desired consistency is formed, add in your whey protein powder. Use whatever toppings available and enjoy your oatmeal ☺️❤️ The macros are including the toppings :))
