Chana 75gms

Carrot 100gms

Radish 100gms

Sweet corn 20gms

Beet root 100gms

Peanuts 10gma

Almonds 10gms

Onion 100gms

Ginger 5gms

Green chilli 1pc

Lemon 1/2 tbsp

Salt pinch

Chat Masala pinch

Garam Masala pinch

Method

Step 1

Soak chana to hours before starting.

Step 2

Boil chana in a vessel/cooker (Do not over cook)

Step 3

Boil peanuts along with Chana

Step 4

Cut almonds into halves

Step 5

Cut all vegetables

Step 6

Mix everything

Step 7

Add lemon, salt, chat masala, any other spices of your choice

Step 8

Enjoy a healthy fiber, vitamin, macro rich fulling snack

Step 9

Ginger is optional. You can add tomato if you want.
