1. Whey Protein: 35 grams 2. Peanut Butter: 30 grams 3. Almonds: 12 grams 4. Egg (raw): 1 5. Wheat Flour: 20 grams 6. Cardamom: Pinch 7. Eno: Pinch
-Pour protein powder, peanut butter, wheat flour, egg, cardomom powder together in a grinder & grind well, -Add eno to the mixture and grind again, -Pour the mixture into appe-moulf and cook in low flame until brown, -Garnish it with almonds. Dish is ready, enjoy.......😋
