60 gm green moong, 20 gm urad dal, 100 gm rice, 1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
green chili to taste, 1/2 inch piece, ginger, 2-3 garlic cloves
salt to taste , water as required, 10 gm oil
1/4cup coriander, 1/2 cup spinach leaves
Rinse and soak green moong, urad dal, rice, and fenugreek seeds for - hours.
Drain, then blend with green chili, ginger, garlic, coriander, spinach, and salt. Add water as needed for a smooth, pourable batter.
Heat a pan, use little oil, pour the batter, and spread it thin.cook until golden brown.
Serve hot with curd or chutney.
