Onion 100 gm thin long sliced
Methi leaves 50gm (washed and chopped)
Besan 35gm
Spices: chilli powder, salt, ajwain, garam masala
Mix all ingredients : Onion, Methi, spices . Add the water slowly and mix well until it forms a thick and sticky batter. . Preheat the Air fryer at degrees . Place small portions in Air fryer, spray oil ( calories) . Fry for - mins and flip in-between. Enjoy with chutney !!
