Tomato 35gm

Garlic 4 cloves

Turmeric

Salt

Red chilli or chilli powder

Peanuts (20gm optional) this adds 5gm protein 5.2gm carbs and 8gm fat and 112.8kcal

Method

Step 1

Take one medium sized tomato which is not too ripe and roast it on flame and peel of the burnt skin

Step 2

Add gloves of garlic, roasted tomato, turmeric salt and red chili powder and make coarse or fine paste as per your choice. (Optional) You can add roasted peanuts gm or flame roasted small size onion as well.
