Atta - 50 gms
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
chopped coriander
Ghee/oil - optional the pic above is without oil
Make a thick paste with atta n water. Consistency like a dosa batter. Add salt, pepper and finely chopped coriander. Mix well. Spread with a laddle on a non stick tawa. Without oil it came out well ( as in pic). If you have oil/ ghee in your macros , you can add that. Let it get crisp n brown on both sides.
