Milk - 50 ml
Mango protein powder-1 scoop (30 g )
Chia seeds- 5 g - soaked ( optional)!
Chopped mango-50 g
Grind together paneer and whey protein powder adding milk slowly Add little water if needed
In a small yogurt jar - First arrange few chopped mango pieces Then layer with paneer and whey cream Then top with chopped mango pieces and soaked chia seeds
Refrigerate for - hours , enjoy !!
