Wheat or refined wheat flour 100g
Eggs 2
Unsalted Butter 100 g
Almonds 5g
Cashews 5g
Stevia
Erythritol
Baking powder 1tsp
Vanilla essence 2-3drops
Beat butter at RT, stevia, erythritol.
Add eggs and beat. Check sweetness here and add more stevia n erythritol until u get your desired taste. Add vanilla essence drops.
Mix baking powder and flour well.
Slowly add flour while whisking and until all the flour is mixed well.
In a silicon mould, layer with almonds and cashews and pour the batter and make it even.
Place in the airfryer and bake at °C for -mins. Check if the cake is done using a knife or toothpick.
And let your house fill with the baking aroma. :-D

P.S You can chose to add gms almond flour along with wheat flour for almond cake.
