Rice flour : 35gms(as per your macros)
Salt : As per taste
Oil or ghee: within your macros
Steps: . Mix rice flour with water and salt and keep it aside for mins(make sure the consistency is very flowing like water , but able to make dosa) . Heat pan . Grease oil .keep flame on full . Pour the rice flour batter , you should be able to see as many holes as possible when you pour this batter which means your consistency is thin enough . Once the batter cover the size of pan . Lower the flame to medium and grease some oil on top of dosa till you see dosa becoming crisp . Flip and fold and serve with any chutney of your choice
