Nadru/lotus stem - 100g
Tofu -20g
Suji-20g
Ghee-10g for frying
Salt
Garlic
Carrom seeds
Coriander
Green chilli
Peel and wash nadru properly
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend into smooth batter
Grease appe pan and pour batter in it
Cover with lid and turn in between
Cook till golden brown
I used appe pan but we can give any shape.flat tikkis can be made.for This just adjust the consistency of batter
