Mutton mince 100 grams
Cashew nuts paste (8-10 cashews soaked for an hour and made paste )
Ginger garlic paste 20 grams
Rose water 10 ml
Saffron 10 strands, cardamom 3 pods , cloves 3 pods , kebabchini 3-4 cloves . All mix and grind to powder
Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
Raw papaya paste 20 grams
Oil 20 grams
Take mutton mince in a bowl and add all the above ingredients . Knead everything together like dough
Heat oil in a non stick or cast iron pan and spread evenly
Now make flat balls of mince meat dough and roast well both side for - minutes each side
Serve with salad and soup for a perfect filling lunch or dinner
