Mushroom 200gm

Garlic 2-3 pods
Cheese slice 2
Wine 2 tbsps (optional)
Heat butter in a pan. Fry the garlic.
Add mushrooms and let them cook. Then add capsicum and broccoli. Cover and cook.
Add salt, wine (optional), and the cheese slices.
Mix well and serve hot with rice or bread.
