Cinnamon powder - for taste
Soak the below ingredients in water for hours and store it in refrigerator. Oats - . cup Chia seeds - tbsp Flax seeds - tbsp Sunflower seeds - tbsp Sesame seeds - tbsp Add all ingredients in a blender and make a smoothie. Recommended for post workout. Note: This smoothie is high in fat. Adjust your fat intake in rest of your meals as per your diet.
