green chillies-1
onion- half an onion
jeera- one teaspoon
asofoetida-one pinch
salt-as per taste
masalas:turmeric and chilly powder-as per taste
curry leaves and coriander leaves
Moringa leaves or any greens- 50g
Wash and soak the rice and dal for twenty minutes boil them with turmeric till soft and mushy. Add half of the ghee, splutter jeera ,add the hing, onion, garlic ,green chillies ,curry leaves etc .Add the spices ,saute and add the cooked dal rice mixture. Season with salt,add the greens ,a dash of water and simmer for three to four minutes.garnish with coriander leaves. And your yummy meal is ready
