5gm Amaranth/ wheat flour
2 whole eggs
12gm coffee flavoured whey
Stevia as per taste

In a oil greased microwave bowl, add the dry items and then mix the eggs.
Beat them well, add stevia and a pinch of salt & baking powder.
Put in microwave and let it cook for mins. sizzle with little honey & peanuts.
