400 gm yellow moong daal, 200gm Udad daal, 1tsp fenugreek seeds, salt

Method

Step 1

) Wash both lenstils and soak it in water for - hrs. add tsp fenugreek seeds while soaking. ) Grind it fine in mixture. ) Let it ferment for - hrs depending on outer temperature. ) After fermentation, add salt to the mixture and water if needed and make idli in Idli maker.
