Moong dal =50gms Butter=5gms Cheese=10gms Vegetables =50gms

Method

Step 1

Soak dal for mins, drain the water and grind dal into a smooth paste. Add salt and a pinch of eno. Now make base on a nonstick pan with gms of butter. Keep the bases on side. Spread Choped vegetables, sprinkle salt pepper and oregano on it, put grated cheese on the top. After baking it for - mins in pre heated oven, sprinkle choped onion on the top.
