Soak yellow moong dal for - hours. (I soak it around lunch time to make it for dinner) gm makes dosa . Blend soaked moong dal , ginger, cumin , turmeric, chili and add salt to taste. . Take non stick pan so that we use less oil. Just spread few drops of oil (I usually take oil after rolling it on pan once) , Spread mixture thin in circles like normal dosa. Cook for minutes , Flip and cook for another - minutes. Chutney ; Put tomato, ginger , cumin seeds , coriander and salt in chopper. *Calories might vary on amount of oil
