50 grm moong dal (soaked in water overnight)

10 grm amchur chatni or as requirement
masalas 1 tea spoon jeera,1 green chilli,salt, 1/4 baking soda
take moong dal and grind it smoothly batter add batter in bowl add salt green chilli and baking soda mix it well and take idli mold and spread this better in mold and steem it...now soak in normal temperature water after to minutes serve these bhale with curd nd chatni and last spread some salt nd roasted jeera .🙂
