Soak gm whole moong daal overnight Drain water in the morning and grind it in a mixer with little water. Add green chilli , salt and black pepper as per taste. The batter consistency should be like of dosa batter. Spread evenly on the hot tawa and healthy crispy chilla is done in no time 🙂
