Yellow moong 250 grams
Soya chunks 150 grams
Jaggery 150grams
Almonds 25 grams
Chia seeds 30 grams
Watermelon seeds 25 grams
Milk 100ml
Ghee 50ml
Elachi & Cloves 6 each
Boil the soya chunks and grind it coarsely
Dry roast Moong dal, cloves, elachi, almond, chia seeds, watermelon seeds and grind it
Add ml ghee and heat it then add Jaggery grams
Add Moong dal powder and Soya chunks paste and steer it well
Add some milk and let that to sit for mins, keep stirring
Please turn off the stove and when it is warm start making laddoos.
