curry leaves and fresh coriander
salt, turmeric powder and chillie powder as per taste
Heat oil in a pan and saute diced carrot
add onions, and tomatoes
add salt and turmeric powder (as per taste)
close lid and cook till mushy
Add soya (soak in warm water and squeeze off water)
mix everything well
add spices & garam masala (as per taste)
add required water (as per consistency required)
close lid and cook in simmer for mins
