To be mixed together into a batter -1/2 cup rice flour -1/4 cup peeled and grated potatoes -1tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts -1/4 cup water -salt to taste
To be mixed together for the topping -1/2 cup cooked mixed sprouts (red chana, chawli, moong, rajma etc.), roughly chopped -2tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) -2 green chillies, finely chopped
Other ingredients -2 tsp oil for cooking
How to proceed - Divide the batter into equal portions. keep aside. - Divide the topping mixture into equal portions. keep aside. - Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) pour a portion of the batter on it and using a laddle spread it evenly into a mm. - Spread a portion of the topping evenly over it. - Repeat with remaining ingredients to make more pancakes. SERVE HOT
