Ingredients

35 gm tomato

20gm soya granules

Oil 5gm

20g sweet corn

20gm semolina

30g carrot chopped

100g chopped n blanched spinach

15gm onion

Method

Step 1

In a pan, add oil and mustard seeds. Put all the vegetables one by one. Saute well.

Step 2

Now add the soaked soya granules and suji.

Step 3

Add salt, red chilly powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala and water.

Step 4

Cook for -mins till it gets dry.
