egg 2 veggies of your choice yellow bell pepper 50gms chopped green bell pepper 50 gms chopped orange bell pepper 50 gms chopped broccoli 50 gms chopped oil/ghee 5 ml red chili flakes 1 tsp salt as per taste Italian seasoning 1 tsp (optional) cheese 1 slice grated

Step 1

) beat eggs ) add chopped veggies , salt and mix )put pan on low heat ,once that is hot ,add egg mixture and spread )and cook on low flame for mins ) flip the omelette and add grated cheese , chili flakes, Italian seasoning on top of it )cook until cheese melts and serve hot
