Boil all the daals ( gm) of choice
Finely chop all the veggies (gm) of choice
Let the butter ( gm) melt in a pan and add mustard seeds, asofoetida, red chilli, powder, turmeric, salt, garlic, ginger and then let the veggies turn golden brown
Add the daal and a little water to the consistency you want
Serve it will plain boiled rice( gm)
