10ml oil
Flax seed powder 10gm
5gm sugar (coconut or jaggery)
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
pinch of salt
plant based milk 50ml
Take a spoon of flaxseed powder+/th cup of water mix and make a flax egg.
Add all the dry ingredients together ,maize flour +baking powder+ sugar
Mix all the wet ingredients together, flax egg+milk+vanilla essence +oil
Mix wet and dry ingredients together
pre heat oven and add the mixture in a foiled tin and let it bake for min.
