Ingredients

For veg 100 gm tofu 100 vegetables - 🫑 mixed, onion, tomato 5 ml oil Salt Mixed garm masala Roti- 30 gm raagi flour

Method

Step 1

Use ml oil for vegetables add in pan sauté onions, garlic first than add the vegetables and after - minutes add tofu use mixed it well, now add garm masala . Add one cup of water and cook it for two minutes. For roti Boil water in a pan add your quantified flour mix it and cover it for minutes. Make a soft dough with it. Now make roti and enjoy it with rest of gm ghee.
