Urad dal: 15 gm

Salt : To taste
Soak millet and urad dal + methi seeds separately for hours.
After soaking grind both the things using cold water to smooth paste.
Add salt to the above mixture and keep aside for a few hours for fermentation.
Heat up a tawa, add little ghee to it. Pour a ladle full of mixture on tawa, spread it around and roast it on both sides.
Serve it hot with chutney.
