10 gm raisins
10 gm banana whey
Cinnamon powder a pinch
In a microwave cup, grease with little oil.
Add mashed banana, beaten egg, oil, milk, and remaining item.
Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Microwave it for minutes. Served here with a piece of dark chocolate (macros excluded).
